Find creators who fit your brand
Post a clear collaboration listing
Describe your product, platform, deliverables and deadline. Creators read the listing and apply if it suits them, so your shortlist starts with people who are interested.
Explore creator profiles
Use the creator directory to review biographies, social links and portfolio examples where provided. Creators supply their own information: do not assume their social accounts, audience figures or identities have been independently verified.
Review applications with context
Each application links to the creator's profile and portfolio, so you can judge style and fit, not only numbers.
Start a conversation with context
Use Accept & Message on an application to accept the creator and open a conversation. Brands can also send a message request from the creator directory; the creator must accept it before a conversation opens.
Choose creators around your campaign goals
Whether you are an independent shop, an e-commerce business or a marketing team, start with the content you need. The right creator depends on your brief, not follower count alone.
UGC creators
For product demonstrations, reviews or social content to use on your own channels, look for relevant sample work. Agree the format, claims, usage period and channels; request honest opinions rather than a guaranteed positive review.
Content creators
Review how a creator films, photographs, edits and explains a product. Examples can help you judge whether their style fits your brand, even when they do not have a large audience.
Influencers and smaller creators
If your brief includes posting to a creator's audience, review their linked channels and how the product fits their content. Smaller creators may suit a focused brief; audience size alone does not guarantee quality or results.
Paid and gifted collaborations
A paid listing offers agreed financial compensation for specified content or deliverables. A gifted listing offers a product or another agreed benefit instead of a fee. Collab Haus supports both listing types.
State the deliverables, deadlines and compensation clearly, and agree revisions and content usage rights before work begins. A product gift does not remove the need to agree terms or check current UK advertising-disclosure guidance.
Free to join, with no subscription fees
Joining and using Collab Haus is free for brands and creators. There are no subscription fees to access the platform, build profiles or explore collaboration opportunities.
Collab Haus takes a 25% commission on paid creator collaborations. Gifted collaborations do not incur this paid-collaboration commission. Agree the creator's compensation and the scope of the work before proceeding.
How it works
From sign-up to first conversation
Create your account and brand profile
Sign up with the shared form, then choose Brand during onboarding. Introduce your business so creators can understand who they would be working with.
Publish a collaboration opportunity
Add a title, description, category, location, platform, deliverables and application deadline. Choose paid or gifted and state the compensation or product details. Use the description to explain any further requirements.
Review interested creators
Review incoming applications and pitches alongside creator profiles and portfolios. You decide whom to accept or decline. Posting does not guarantee applications or a suitable match.
Message and agree details
Use Accept & Message to open a conversation with an accepted applicant. Confirm deliverables, review rounds, compensation and usage rights in writing before work begins. No sales, engagement or campaign results are guaranteed.
What makes a listing easy to apply to
- One clear message you want viewers to remember, not five.
- Exact deliverables: format, length, number of assets and platforms.
- Compensation stated plainly, including whether product is included.
- Usage rights spelled out, for example organic only or paid ads, and for how long.
- A realistic deadline that allows for delivery and one round of feedback.
- A short list of do and don't points, plus a reference you like.
