How it works

How Collab Haus works for creators and brands

Brands publish briefs, creators apply with a pitch, and accepted applications move into a direct conversation. Here is each step as it works today.

From sign-up to conversation

  1. 1Everyone

Create an account with the shared sign-up form. There is one form for creators and brands.

  2. 2Everyone

    Choose your role in onboarding

After signing up, onboarding asks whether you are a creator or a brand. This shapes your profile and what you can do.

  3. 3Everyone

    Build your profile

Creators add their niche, platforms, location and portfolio. Brands describe who they are and what they make.

  4. 4Brands

    Publish a brief

Brands post a collaboration listing setting out the content wanted, platform, deliverables, whether it is paid or gifted, and any deadline.

  5. 5Creators

    Apply with a pitch

Signed-in creators open a listing and apply with a tailored pitch. Applications can be followed from the creator's account.

  6. 6Brands

    Accept & Message

Brands review applications. Using Accept & Message opens a conversation where both sides agree the details before work starts.

Paid and gifted, explained

Paid listings offer agreed financial compensation for specified deliverables. Gifted listings offer a product or another agreed benefit instead of a fee. Each brief sets its own requirements, such as platform, location, niche or audience, so eligibility depends on the individual listing.

Applying does not guarantee a reply or an offer. Agree deliverables, deadlines and usage rights in writing, and check current UK advertising-disclosure guidance before publishing.
